Bill Carter, Founder, Student-Athlete Insights & NIL Forum
Bill Carter has spent more than 25 years in sports marketing. He co-founded Fuse, a sports marketing agency acquired in 2019, and was named to SportsBusiness Journal’s Forty Under 40. In 2020 he built a practice focused only on NIL.
Since then he has advised organizations including DICK’S Sporting Goods, Morgan Stanley, and Little League Baseball on NIL strategy and education. His curriculum is used at 30+ universities. He teaches a graduate course on NIL at Boston College and serves as an expert witness in NIL litigation.
