In 90 days you will have an NIL practice that is built and running.
NIL Sprint is 12 weeks of 1:1 coaching with me, building your practice. It is separate from NIL Forum membership.
Information is not what is holding you back.
Everybody sells NIL information. Courses, certificates, webinars. But information is not what will hold you back from building or growing your NIL practice. Knowing how to build the practice is.
In NIL Sprint, I walk you through what I did to build my own practice from zero in 2020, applied to your business.
What you have at day 90
A working understanding of NIL at the level your buyers expect.
A positioning statement, bio, and LinkedIn profile that say the same thing.
A one-page offer sheet: what you sell, to whom, at what price.
A first-meeting script for the athlete or buyer conversation.
A 90-day content calendar with at least three pieces already published.
A written business development plan, 25 target names, and ten conversations started.
A written operating system and a 90-day plan for after the program.
Who it is for
NIL Sprint is for professionals who want to launch, build, or grow an NIL practice.
Agents and agencies. Get clear on what you sell, who you sell it to, and how you reach them.
Attorneys. Turn your legal experience into a defined NIL service and a plan to reach the people who need it.
Financial advisors. Your firm may limit what you can offer. We build your practice around what you can do, within your firm's rules.
Entrepreneurs. Get clear on what the market will buy, what you charge, and who you talk to first.
Twelve weeks, in order
Week 1: NIL literacy. Where NIL came from, where it is going, and what it means for your buyers.
Weeks 2-3: Personal brand. What you want to be known for in NIL, in one sentence, with a point of view.
Weeks 4-5: Services. What you sell, who you sell it to, and what you charge.
Weeks 6-8: Content. What to publish and where, so the right buyers and referrers find you.
Weeks 9-10: Business development plan. Who you go after, how you reach them, and what you say. You leave with a written plan, 25 target names, and the first ten conversations started. I make introductions where I can.
Weeks 11-12: Tools and structure. The systems that let the practice grow without me.
How it works
One 60-minute call a week. I bring the best practice for that week's topic and we work out how it applies to you.
You leave with one next step, which you can complete in an hour of work. I review it when we start the next call.
Between calls, you can text me with questions. I respond within 24 hours.
